Add a layer of wood smoke to your drink in seconds. Fill the stainless steel mesh chamber in the wooden lid with a pinch of wood chips, light them with a kitchen torch or lighter and set the lid on the glass. The smoke settles over your drink, and when you lift the lid it rises in a slow curl before the first sip. The kit pairs an old fashioned whisky glass with the smoker lid and tins of apple, cherry and oak wood chips, so you can try a different aroma each time. Smoke for a few seconds for a light touch or a little longer for a deeper flavor, then lift the lid and serve.
