A hardened 67-layer Damascus blade supports edge retention, while the approximately 4.2-ounce (120 g) build keeps the knife light to guide. Figured sycamore wood and a mosaic brass rivet bring natural detail to the handle. Work on a suitable board, use the tip deliberately and wash and dry after preparing the meal.
