Ice Ball Mold

Give your next drink one beautifully round piece of ice. This two-part mold freezes a single sphere approximately 2.4 inches (6 cm) across, creating the centerpiece of a whisky pour or a short cocktail. Instead of a scatter of small cubes, you get one rounded shape that leaves the drink visible around it. The mold separates into two sections for release and measures approximately 3 by 2.8 inches (7.7 by 7.2 cm). Check that your chosen glass has room for the sphere before freezing.
